Hourly

The hourly session is for individual room projects, a smaller spaces or have up to three hours of spaces to photograph. Two hr minimum $400. $600 (3 hrs).

Half Day

A half day is for shooting multiple rooms. It includes four hours of shooting. $800.

Full Day

For full home projects, extensive shot lists, outdoor site captures, and more. This package is up to eight hours of shooting. $1500.

Cost-sharing is an opportunity for multiple parties involved in a project or shoot (such as the designer, builder, etc.) to share the cost of a photography session. Each party receives their own license to use the resulting images, while sharing the upfront cost of the shoot. It’s 40% of the shoot cost for the additional license, then the total is divided equally by all parties.

Editorial Projects:

I occasionally take on editorial assignments and personal projects that align with my long-term work documenting homes and places designed for rest or travel.

Editorial rates vary by publication and scope and are typically tied to one-time usage with credit.

Photo sessions include:

  1. On-site photography

  2. Careful editing and color correction

  3. A curated gallery of high-resolution images

  4. A non-exclusive license for:

    • website

    • social media (with credit)

    • portfolio use

    • press submissions (with credit)
