Hourly
The hourly session is for individual room projects or have up to three hours of spaces to photograph. There is a two hour minimum for all projects. $300 (1-2 hrs) $450 (3 hrs).
Half Day
A half day is for shooting smaller homes or multiple rooms. It includes four hours of shooting and can be shot on several sites. $600.
Full Day
For full home projects, extensive shot lists, multiple site captures, and more. This package is up to eight hours of shooting. $1100.
Cost-sharing is when multiple parties (you, the builder, client, etc. you work on a project with) decide to split the cost. It's an opportunity for you to save money by bringing in third parties who have also worked on the project with you to split the cost of the session up-front. All parties each have the license of the photos from that session. It’s 40% of the shoot cost for the additional license, then the total is divided equally by all parties.
Cost-Sharing
If you are unsure about the session that suits you best, we can discuss your options together or work on a custom session. All shoots include a gallery of edited images and license to use those images.
